Shipping Costs

We want to keep things simple with shipping costs. That’s why we decided to establish Flatrate Shipping Fees for you. No matter how many items you buy, the shipping costs are as followed:

All order from Germany: 5.00€
All orders from Europe: 14.00€
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
All orders from the rest of the world: 35.00€
Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Japan, Mexico, South Africa, Tailand, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, (USA on request due to tariffs)
FREE SHIPPING on orders over 100.00€ (Germany), 150.00€ (Europe) and 250.00€ (World)

Time

Since each item is printed individually just for you once you place your order, production can take up to 10 business days, followed by standard shipping times depending on your location.  You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships. We ship, from our partners print facility in Germany, with GLS or DHL.

Returns

We really want you to be happy with your CYPHA stuff. You can return your ordered items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, if you don’t like them, they don’t suit you or if they are damaged. But to save time and money for the both of us, please make sure to check the size chart and think a second or two about what you are ordering. The environment will thank you as well.

If there is a defect or a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue – we’re happy to help.

Tracking

For most items you will receive a tracking number with your email confirmation. Some small items are being sent out as letters, which do not have a tracking number.
