Why CYPHA?
At CYPHA, it’s all about the joy of cycling.
Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Bikepacking adventures, everyday commutes, or just clearing your head after a long day — riding is freedom.
We ride for the fresh air, the endorphins, the little moments that make life better. We don’t chase records, just euphoria, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
CYPHA is for those who ride to feel good, to explore, and to enjoy the journey — on and off the bike.
Products & Design
What kind of garments do you use?
As we are a fairly young brand, we use high-quality blanks from Stanley/Stella, known for their sustainable production and premium feel. All our garments are made from organic cotton and are certified by Fair Wear, GOTS, and OEKO-TEX®.
How are the designs printed?
All designs are applied using DTF (Direct to Film) printing – a high-quality, durable method that ensures vibrant colors and long-lasting prints. Each item is printed individually just for you once you place your order.
Are your products organic, recycled, fair trade and vegan?
Yes! We use Stanley/Stella blanks made with organic cotton, printed on demand to reduce waste, and produced under strict ethical standards. We’re committed to slow fashion that’s better for people and the planet. We believe that cycling should resonate with the environment in a positive way and try to make CYPHA and everything around it as “green” and fair as possible.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship from?
Our production and shipping are handled by our partner print facility in Germany, which ships your order directly to your door. This allows for faster turnaround and reduced environmental impact.
How long does shipping take?
Since each item is printed individually just for you once you place your order, production can take up to 10 business days, followed by standard shipping times depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.
What’s the shipping fees?
Shipping costs are as low as possible and flatrated. It doesn’t matter how many items or what weight.
All national orders (Germany) are 5.00€
All European orders are 14.00€ (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom)
All orders from the rest of the world are 35.00€ (Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Japan, Mexico, South Africa, Tailand, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, (USA on request due to tariffs))
If your ordered amount is 100.00€ or beyond, your shipping will be free of charge within Germany (150.00€ (Europe) and 250.00€ (World)).
Where do you ship?
Although CYPHA is based in Germany, we ship in many countries within Europe and the world.
Is my order insured?
Yes. Your order is insured up to a value of 500€.
Can I return my order?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. Please download the return form and put it in the package.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email notifiction. Once your return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately. It usually takes us 3-5 days upon receipt to process returns
Sizing
How do your sizes fit?
Our garments have a relaxed, unisex fit. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.
Where can I find sizing information?
We try to include accurate sizing information for each product in the item description. We have also added a size guide for our products. Klick the link or look out for a link called “Size Guide” on the product page. Reference the size guides to help determine your size when ordering.
What does “Unisex” mean?
“Unisex” means that the garment is designed to fit all genders. Our unisex pieces have a relaxed, straight cut that works well for a wide range of body types. For the best fit, we recommend checking the size chart on each product page – and if you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a looser look or down for a slimmer fit.
Prices & Payment
Do your prices include Tax?
Yes. All prices you see in the CYPHA Onlinestore include the tax as marked in the product description. (For example 19% MwSt in Germany). If you order from another country, your country’s local tax will be automatically included.
Which Payment Methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Klarna ‘Sofort Überweisung’ (Money transfer), and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

How should I care for my item?
To keep your garment looking its best:
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle
Do not tumble dry – air dry only
Do not iron directly on the print
Can I customize a design or request a collaboration?
We love working with creatives and communities. For custom designs, collaborations, or wholesale inquiries, feel free to contact us directly – let’s build something together.
Can I wear your clothes for cycling? Are they functional?
Our products are made from 100% organic cotton and are primarily designed for everyday wear. While they’re not technical performance gear, there’s no reason you can’t wear them on your bike — especially for casual rides or commuting.
Is there a CYPHA Walk-In Store?
No. CYPHA products are only available through www.cypha.cc. We might expand this in the future, but as for right now, you are just in the right place to do your shopping.
Can I order your stuff at wholesale prices for my own store?
Yes. We are very selective with our B2B partners but if you feel that CYPHA fits your own online or stationary store, please get in touch.
Will you equip my cycling crew?
We might. It has to be a match, though. This means that we only do such coops with cycling crews and teams that share the same values as CYPHA.
